Don't cook? Don't like to cook? That's fine. You don't have to know your way around the kitchen to pull this yummy Heirloom Tomato Tart together. Just bake a frozen deep dish pie shell and the rest is assembly! YES...it's really that easy. Your crowd will love it and it looks great on the "buffet" too!

What you'll need:

1 frozen deep dish pie shell

16 ounces Ricotta cheese

2 cups grated Parmesan

3 T chopped fresh basil

3-4 Heirloom Tomatoes

Basil leaves

Salt & Pepper

Follow instructions on the back of your pie crust {Basically, just poke holes in it; place a bowl or another pie pan on top & bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes}. While your pie crust is baking mix the Ricotta, Parmesan, chopped basil and salt & pepper thoroughly in a bowl. Once pie shell cools, spread mixture evenly in shell. Layer the top with slices of Heirloom Tomato, garnish with basil leave and sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper and Maldon Salt. That's all.

Enjoy and please share any of your favorites with Heirloom Tomatoes...I can't get enough of them this time of year!
