Darling Clutches Under $100

I adore a clutch. When the weekend rolls around and we are dining out or attending a party, it's the only thing I carry. What more do you need besides your ID, American Express, lipstick and phone? It's also one of the easiest and least expensive ways to change up your look. So below I have rounded up my picks and the best part is they are all less than $100.
